Inline Devices delivers an ever growing range of advanced in-line inspection (ILI) equipment and services to the pipeline industry. Our proprietary ILI technologies include high-resolution magnetic flux leakage (MFL) inspection, deformation caliper surveys, MFL/deformation combination surveys, and above ground marker (AGM) systems.

The Inline Devices ILI tool series comprises an array of high-resolution measurement technologies packaged within a modular 1.5D bend instrument system. Advanced data processing and distributed memory architecture allow the individual tool modules to be readily re-configured to meet a wide range of in-line inspection applications. Post-acquisition, InSight™, the Inline Devices proprietary data analysis platform incorporates some of the most powerful and sophisticated software tools yet developed to address the inherent complexities of MFL analysis and deliver accurate feature sizing.

Inline Devices tools and field service engineers are mobilized from our Houston, Texas Operations Center to provide in-line inspection surveys to pipeline owner/operators everywhere. Our instruments are designed and built in the US, ready to service the world.
